At the end of this session, participants will:
- Have an overview of Integrated Working and know where the CAF and Information Sharing fit within it
- Understand the aims and principles of the CAF
- Have an overview of the solution focused approach to common assessment
- Understand why information sharing is important
- Recognise the key principles in relation to information sharing
- Have an overview of how the CAF and Information Sharing will be implemented
